This 45-minute restorative class is specially designed to awaken your mind and body. Offered individually or to couples, this gentle restorative practice focuses on providing you with a relaxing experience as you use props and cushions to help you gain flexibility while you focus on your breath. This class is LIVE STREAMED online via Zoom. Upon booking, you'll receive an email notification invite to join the class.
