Service Description

This 60-minute restorative class is specially designed to awaken your mind and body. Offered individually or to couples, this gentle flow focuses on providing you with a more mature and graceful movement experience. You’ll also find strength in the fluidity of the movements and will utilize your breath to the fullest! This class is LIVE STREAMED online via Zoom. Upon booking, you'll receive an email notification invite to join the class.
